LinkedIn - LinkedIn is the most powerful free tool you can utilise during any job hunt. We will work with you to build your personal brand on LinkedIn, helping optimise your profile and allowing recruiters to approach you for relevant roles. We will also provide you with a customised banner for your profile page.
Cover Letter - A cover letter is a vital part of any job application. It is a chance for you to speak directly to the employer and highlight any information not already included in your CV. We will work with you to prepare an initial standard template or a job specific cover letter.

Why is supporting the industry so important to HELP Recruitment?
Having worked in the industry for over 40 years’, HELP Recruitment’s founders, Jo and Claire have always been passionate about finding a way that they can develop and support the people who work in hospitality, events and leisure. When discussing the creation of a recruitment company it seemed like the perfect time to combine the two.
In an industry which is made up of so many small business, many of whom do not have HR departments, it is hard to know where you can turn when work becomes too much. Who do you turn to when looking for advice on your legal rights or asking for help and advice, finding someone who understands the pressures of your job and is just willing to listen. These are all things that we hope to be able to offer to our candidates and clients as HELP Recruitment grows and partners with like-minding businesses and individuals. For now, we will do what we can to support people working in the hospitality, events & leisure industries.
