While primarily a recruitment business our aim from the first moment we discussed going it alone was finding a way to support both candidates and clients from the hospitality, events & leisure industries. We want to be more than a recruitment business, we want to be people you can pick up the phone to if you are having a tough day, a resource of knowledge, a flexible service that sees you as an individual not just number.

Friday coffee & chat sessions

Earlier this year we successfully launched our weekly Friday coffee & chat sessions.
These were designed to offer free support to candidates struggling to navigate the current job market.
We had such wonderful feedback from candidates, and many asked if we were able to offer further workshops and services. So on top of our weekly coffee mornings, we have designed a number of candidate workshops.

CV writing workshops

Through our carefully created workshops we will provide you with the tools and knowledge to enable you to create the perfect CV, LinkedIn profile and cover letters.

CV - Your dedicated consultant will work with you to understand your career and what you are looking for in your next step before reviewing your CV in depth.

LinkedIn - LinkedIn is the most powerful free tool you can utilise during any job hunt. We will work with you to build your personal brand on LinkedIn, helping optimise your profile and allowing recruiters to approach you for relevant roles. We will also provide you with a customised banner for your profile page.

Cover Letter - A cover letter is a vital part of any job application. It is a chance for you to speak directly to the employer and highlight any information not already included in your CV. We will work with you to prepare an initial standard template or a job specific cover letter.

Our bespoke and unique 1-2-1 coaching will provide you with the the essential tools, motivation and guidance to help you adapt and secure your next role.
